Counter-Notification
If you believe that material you submitted was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification containing:
- Your physical or electronic signature;
- Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before removal;
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification;
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address;
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or New York County, New York, if outside the United States), and that you will accept service of process from the party who submitted the original DMCA notice
Repeat Infringers
Enstyle reserves the right, in appropriate circumstances and at its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate access to the Services for users who are determined to be repeat infringers.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this DMCA Copyright Policy from time to time. The revised version will be posted on the website with an updated “Last Updated” date.
